Appointment Cancelation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. At EC Esthetics, we prioritize the preparation and delivery of exceptional service for all our clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available slot. In the event that the required notice is not provided, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service will be applied for the missed appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
